Our client is a recently established Used Car business located on the Gold Coast. They have a vacancy for an experience Business Manager or F & I Manager to assist their sales team. The business is performing above expectations and an excellent income stream is assured for a strong operator. On offer is a ground floor opportunity, future career progression prospects and a friendly working atmosphere. The business operates Monday to Saturday with Sundays closed. A 10 day fortnight roster applies with every Sunday and one weekday off. Occasionally a Saturday off can also be arranged, however working most Saturdays is required.
YOU'LL NEED
In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as a Business/F&I Manager, gained within a franchised new car dealership or a used car yard. Those without such experience will not be considered. You are well presented, articulate and organised. You are not afraid to chase down every lead and are looking for a long term, career role.
THE OFFER
Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer up to $75k, Super, Commission Structure and Car. On Target Earnings should be around $110k or higher.
